HIGH TEMPERATURE ELASTIC INSULATING TAPE
The insulating elastic tape Fiberglass-Metal, made of Fibreglass fabric combined with a layer of aluminum which makes it more flexible, it features a strong resistance to high temperatures.
Its elastic capacities can be easily applied also to the exhaust elbows.
It usually takes 2/3 layers to be sufficient for most diesel exhaust systems. Maximumoperating temperature: 600 ° C.
A protective outer layer of self-amalgamating tape elastomer resistant to high temperatures to create a homogeneous surface can be added.
